WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE AND WHO MAKES THEM?
All our products are handcrafted in India. We work directly with artisan groups in different villages across the country, using local weaving, embroidery, and printing techniques which are native to the region. The artisans work from their home, and many of the groups we work with are farmers who work on their craft in the lean periods of farming.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store, but you can visit one of our stockists to see our products in person. You can find the full list of our stockists on our Stockist page.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days from the day your order is received- this includes handling and shipping time.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?
Yes- on the main navigation bar next to the cart icon, you will see a drop down menu where you can choose from the following currencies: USD, INR, GBP, CAD, AUD, EUR, JPY.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer only priority shipping via FedEx which takes 2-4 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide.
ARE THE PILLOW INSERTS INCLUDED?
Pillow inserts are not included and have to be purchased separately. We do not currently offer pillow inserts on our website.
SHOULD I BUY DOWN INSERTS OR POLY FILL INSERTS?
Either type of insert works well in our pillows.
SHOULD I BUY THE INSERT IN A LARGER SIZE THAN THE PILLOW SO THAT IT FITS MORE SNUGLY?
We would recommend buying the poly fill/down inserts 1” larger than the pillow size.
DO I NEED A RUG PAD?
We would recommend using a thin non-slip rug pad under our rugs.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return new and unused items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds are credited to the credit card that was used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
How to return your purchase:
1. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the return/exchange details.
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package if possible. Please include the packing slip.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be refunded. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 business days.

All items on sale are final and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.

The care instructions are unique to each product, and are listed on the product page for each item.
CAN I ORDER A RUG IN A CUSTOM SIZE?

We do not offer custom colors for rugs.
CAN I ORDER A PILLOW IN A CUSTOM SIZE?
We can customize the size of a pillow if the minimum order is at least 6 pieces. Please email us at email@example.com with your requirements.
